When will my order ship?
Shipping starts 3–5 business days after May 16, 2026. We ship worldwide via tracked and insured delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking link the moment your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship every Royal Pop worldwide with tracked and insured delivery. Customs and duties are handled where applicable, and you’ll see any local charges at checkout where required.
How does payment work?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a personal payment link with secure online payment options. Your spot is reserved until the payment is completed.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. You’ll get an email as soon as your payment lands, and a separate email with track & trace once your parcel is on the way.
How many models can I order?
Maximum 2 models per order — the same limit Swatch enforces in store, so every collector gets a fair shot at the allocation.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible up until your order is shipped. Reach out to orders@swatchpopshop.com and we’ll handle it the same business day.
Are you an official Swatch partner?
Yes — Swatchpopshop is a certified Swatch partner. Every Royal Pop we ship is sourced directly through official Swatch supply channels, with full warranty and authenticity. We’re not the official swatch.com website, but we are an authorised retailer for the Royal Pop Collection.
