Almost certainly — we ship worldwide via tracked & insured delivery. EU & UK orders arrive within 3–5 business days, the rest of the world within 5–10. Customs and duties are handled where applicable.
When does my order ship?
Orders are dispatched in the order they were received, starting 3–5 business days after May 16, 2026. You’ll receive a personal tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.
What is the difference between Lépine and Savonnette?
Both refer to the layout of a pocket watch. A Lépine has the crown at 12 o’clock and an open dial. A Savonnette has the crown at 3 o’clock and a hinged cover that protects the dial. The Royal Pop Collection ships in both styles depending on the model.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. We provide a pre-paid return label and refund within 5 business days of receiving the watch back.
How do you handle payment?
Secure checkout with credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed only after we’ve confirmed your allocation, never before.
How many models can I order?
Maximum 2 pieces per customer — the same fair-allocation policy Swatch enforces in boutique. This ensures every collector gets a real chance.
